What should I do if I received an incomplete order?

Sometimes items in a multi-item or multi-pack order ship separately and arrive on different days, so a missing item may simply be on the way. Your shipping emails will indicate if your order was split.

If items are still missing after everything is marked delivered, submit a request below with your order number and which items you received. We'll sort it out quickly.
