Is my product covered by a warranty?
Yes — your Osmo product is covered against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives faulty or stops working correctly through no fault of your own within the covered period, we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse. To make a claim, submit a request with your order number and a description of the issue (with photos or video where possible) and our team will help.
