What is your refund policy?

If you'd like to cancel before your order is processed, you may be eligible for a full refund — submit a request as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

We offer refunds for items that are damaged, lost in transit, incorrect, or returned in line with our 30-day guarantee. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear after we process it.
