What do I do if I think I was charged twice?
We understand a duplicate charge is concerning. In many cases an extra line on your statement is a temporary authorization hold that drops off within a few business days rather than a second charge.
If you still see two completed charges after that, submit a request below with your order number and a screenshot of the charges, and we'll investigate right away and put it right.
