All orders placed through our Australian storefront include free standard shipping. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website or our Track Your Order page.
- Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
- If your tracking number does not work immediately, please wait 48 hours before contacting support.

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia. Delivery to remote or regional areas may take additional time.
Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

- Contact your local post office or carrier to check if the package is being held.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product before discarding anything. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@osmo-official.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
