Tracking Tips

  • Tracking information can take 24-72 hours to update after your order ships.
  • Brand-new orders may take a short while to appear here after they're fulfilled.
  • If tracking shows "pre-shipment" for more than 5 days, contact our support team.
  • International orders may show limited tracking updates during customs processing.
